01. ABOUT
I’m Glenn Verploegen, a travel filmmaker and photographer based in the Netherlands.
It started in 2023, on a trip to Macedonia. A friend brought a camera, and watching him capture the moments we were living, that hit different. I didn’t just want to watch. I wanted to create.
So I bought my own camera. Just me, a lens, and an obsession to figure it out. What started as curiosity quickly became something I couldn’t let go of.
My first real project was a brand film for Monton Barbers. Seeing my work represent someone else’s vision, and knowing I could deliver, that’s when it became real. It pushed me to build Verploegen Visuals into something bigger.
Today I split my time between personal travel films and landscape photography. Places like Sardinia, Oslo, and the Austrian mountains shaping how I see the world and brand work for companies who want that same cinematic energy applied to their story.
I’m drawn to places that take your breath away. That’s the energy I bring to every project: visuals that feel real, look sharp, and leave an impression before you’ve even realised why.
